Indian nuclear forces, 2012

.
Second strike involves submarines.

I mentioned only "land based" nuclear warheads in my post.

Do you think India has nuclear missiles in subs ?

AFAIK, Strategic forces operates ground silos for second strike for quite some time, as SLBMs are new for India. And underground silos are the cheapest ways for land based second strikes. And we're also having road mobile launch platforms.

So we do have ground based nuclear-armed platforms, we just don't know it yet. Atleast, not officially.

Shaurya will be instrumental for land based silo systems. I am just waiting for it to get operational.

you are a donkey. India will be won t20 worldcup by nuclear bombs

refrain from personal comments & abuses, everyone has right to make his/her point, don't just post to increase ur nos. write something credible next time.

& pls explain to me what the hell u wanted to post since i m a donkey i take time to understand....

Basically no one knows for sure which country possesses how many warheads and what sort of tech they possess!!This is a fact. . . . I guess this applies to all countries including India as well as Pakistan. What these agencies could do at the max is to make an estimate which again would be based on a number of biases, delusional impressions of another country and also certain stereotypes!!

.
I am afraid but the thing in bold above is all "ONLY in your HEAD" not in reality.
India only has designs for 200KT device...Pakistan cant even exceed 50kT yield forget 200kT.

Of-course not sure about India. However, for Pakistan I've been there from the very start! So unless you've some serious cross-border telepathic powers, you know ****!

Forget radiation, if we are nuked, we will erase the enemy.

Again Brain-Farts! You need over-whelming force to do that, sadly only US and Russia have that capability.

What about Brahmos, a 200Kg payload is enough for a 30Kt warhead, while Brahmos has 300Kg. And what about Agni series?

Is SF too dumb to wait for a future platform for it's land based nuclear platform, or will they utilize existing platforms to get the job done?

Unfortunately, we cant have discussions based on e-masturbation, we need proof. Can you produce some links on Paksiatn's 200KT designs. ?

Erase the enemy does not mean "erase from world map".

What is in your country if Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Lajore, Karachi, Peshawar, Jacokabad take impacts from India systems ?

Why Shaurya ... all the Agni missiles series are road mobile and cannisterized.

Agni I, II and III are all operational with the Strategic Forces Command.

Currently the road mobile Agni are core to the second strike doctrine .... though Su-30 MKI, Jaguars and Mig-29s are all capable of delivering nukes. But missiles are better, as no effective fool proof defence against long range missiles exists.

In 2-3 years, the sea-based nuclear second strike capability would also be operational with a few Arihant nuclear submarines and Sagarika, K-series SLBMs.

Brahmos can be launched from road. You can even launch from JUNGLES. Why on earth do you need to use it for silo systems ?

And with just 290 kms range menas we have to install Brahmos close to the borders and thats risky.

Shaurya with 700 kms will us good range against Pakistan.

Sorry, i missed the Silo part. I was talking about ground based nuclear armed delivery systems. And Agni-2 and 3 can be optimized for silo based operation.

I am not sure if all Agni missiles can be used for silo ops.

Quasi-ballistic Shaurya is the PERFECT MISSILE for this job.

Well can you? Son, when I say I was there, I mean it. Go through my posts if you see any trolling come back and let me know. No designs or proofs are ever leaked into public domain.

Designs and implementations are not that complex, when you have the physics models in place. Why are you in denial mode, think about the pool of engineers at the disposal of Pakistan?

Will we miss the opportunity - are you so naive?

BTW, this is not a trolling competition. I was just trying to give your good senses a hint.

We are not here to discuss the production of your mental process.

Do you have info to prove that Pakistan has designs for even a 50kT yield device ? (Just forget 200kT for the time being, OK?)
