As far as P17A is concerned , its construction will begin in mid 2011 at Mazagaon Docks

Any news about who is selected for P17A ??/

as against a fleet of 140 ships and 14 subs

Is this the current fleet? Then I think 160 mark will be crossed easily. There are reports of order of around 36-40 ships already on the books. They hope to meet these orders before 2020.
Correct me if i am wrong.

There are mistakes in that assessment. I also wrote about that. We all agree with that, don't discuss anymore about that.
