What's that obvious thing that I am missing ?

Why Islamic marriage law and not Indian marriage law? Why should Muslim get special concession?

Islamic marriage law until a really enlightened UCC.

I have given link to a thread of mine from 2015 about an article written by an Indian Christian woman who married her Indian Muslim husband under Islamic marriage law because it better protected her socio-economic condition in case of divorce or discord.

About Indian civil marriage law, that article spoke of Maneka Gandhi calling for prenuptial agreements because such a thing doesn't exist in non-Muslim marriages in India.

Strange that he mentions Bolshevism but does not refer to the experiment called USSR in terms of limitation on older religions. I read the whole article and it does show him as one having a victimhood complex about Hinduism.

Yet he cannot be put in the same category of fools like Christopher Hitchens and Subramanian Swamy who have a fanatic dislike of Islam and refuse to see it beyond the mullah types that the West itself has propped up.
