China is not a party to Kashmir.

That is what India thinks but China is poised to take over Ladakh, Kargil & Kashmir from India. Once China is done with India, Pakistan and China will finalize the 1963 border agreement. Kargil & Kashmir will go to Pakistan and Ladakh will go to China. I had posted about it on the below thread but unfortunately that thread is now closed as @Foxtrot Alpha thought that I did not have sufficient details in my OP.

A new CPEC route would be added to pass through Rutog to Leh to Kargil to Srinagar to Muzaffarabad.
