There are several different definitions, but currently when we talk about third world countries, we are mostly talking about developing countries of the world.

And India is a third world developing country in that sense.

You attack India because of your imagination that India is sponsering attacks on Pakistan soil and your obsession with Kashmir. Be it Uri attack, 26/11 or 1999 infiltration, these well planned attacks are beyond your capabilities, your intelligence get inputs from outside, someone tips you off. While you can keep blaming India, US through Afghanistan will keep funding terrorists while you will keep funding terrorists to attack India as justification. And its ok for Pakistan because your country don't have any ambitions.
