It would be idiotic to think otherwise Turkey has probably some old existing guarantees from Pakistan to safe keep some of it's warheads for deterence purposes if Turkey's sovereignty was attempted on. Pakistan-Turkey are brotherly countries and allies. Once weakness will not benefit the other. It is like severing your arm off.

India is scared of anything pakistan does even minor stuff such as coughing or smiling. They truly realize they can't defeat Pakistan that window shut for over 2 decades + years. Pakistan is just to organized and is an International player with strong links to the worldwide and stronger allies in the region.

Instead of living in fear India should try to add some diplomacy to it's current extremist run state because they are up against forces they can't move or just to big for them.
