Did you notice the facial features of these "Civilians". So unlike Kashmiris or Paharis or even Khalistanis. More like Central Indians.

Ethnically Kashmiris are homogeneous in terms of looks because there caste system doesn't exist. Indic paharis are like plain areas where looks can depend on tribes/castes, generally bigger difference being between low and high castes. You can't say these people are migrants based on looks. Kashmir valley make small part of Indian Kashmir.
