This is no socialist country, he worked hard for it and is allowed to do whatever he wants as long as he sticks to our law.
Its the job of the state governments and the central government to build school or hospitals, which can surely be done like you can see it in several states like Kerala.

You have got to be the best Chinese poster and more objective than any user I have seen from China before. Kudus friend. I usually used to head to the China section and used to find posts all over the place which were basically total emotional rants, all of them usually fights between Indian and Chinese members. @WebMaster would really be grateful for your presence since this has reduced the number of brawls back there by 90%...
