As of now, for the last decade the ' Ghaznavi's" are pre occupied butchering people in the ' land of the Pure" and thats how it shall remain for the foreseeable future.

The ' bloody war' the nation is fighting is of its own doing and is unable to not only fix but even decide if it needs to be fought at all.. Its not fighting really, actually its shooting itself in the foot thinking its shooting someone else.

As per the concept the death penalty is only in the cases where the cases falls in "Rare of the Rare" and not other wise. the case of murder is different and after the death burn the dead body in tandur should be taken on that way. moreover the life punishment is more worst as in india as per the jail condition and as you be the old.

They were not innocent.. court decided to let them free because of lack of evidence..

Why are you blaming judiciary for it?? Judiciary can work according to the evidence provided to them.. Its not working by looking at the caste and religion of the accused..

Crime is everywhere, no problem, but the question is whether they can get punish, if can't, so what is the law for? if you have law, but can't be carryed out, so why need law? if the law is abusive, and can be used to free crime, so what is the law for?

Indian problem is: they have judicial system inherited from britain, but can't be high efficient like britain, they have democracy, but can't be real democratic like Britain, indian think they understand democracy, and always be proud of their so-called democracy, but they still don't understand it, why? they inherited these from Britain, but I think less understand it, and think whether it apply to india, or need modification for applying to india.

Parlimentary style government just do not work for a big country like India. That is why India is regarded as a failed democracy. Its better off for people of India if they have a military dictatorship than their so called democracy.

Lack of evidence also mean that witness refused to testify because of fear or being bought . By law, they may be innocent but in real they are not..

They guilt may be a reasonable assumption but when SC has declared them innocent then it is pointless to call them guilty.

For all you know the real murderers may be someone else entirely. If all we want is a media trial then why have the courts in the first place ?
