Look, business between Germany and the US is just at a different level that India can ever dream of. Mercedes, Volkswagen, BMW and other large German companies have factories in the US, and manuacturing creates many more jobs than IT can ever do, mind you, we are talking about premium quality products, but I have nerver ever heard any of our media bragging how many jobs we have created for the US. You can bet that there are almost zero Germans working on H1B visa in the US.

The silly excuses made by Indians are even funnier, e.g. illiterates cannot do IT jobs. How about your incompetent government gives everyone in India a proper education and thus keeping the jobs in India?

I only know of one case, so I never mentioned it before since I have no evidence. The HR of Microsoft healthcare department is Indian and any non-Indian have a hard time to get a job in that department. The funniest thing is, the caste systems works quite well even in the US. The high caste guys doesn't do anything and all the lower caste guys treat him like some higer being although all of them are in the same job position. Just an anecdote I know of.

How many indians went to US on H1B and still going? That means US provided these indians job.
How many and what percentage of indian IT job created to serve US company?
