What's new

Indian investment will not bring positive impacts

I knew that you have zero economic knowledge , but perhaps you could have read the article by Zabaniya(that was actually counter productive :P)

Really?

Tatas pulled because they were getting a very raw deal, because frankly, they were taking a big risk in an uncompetitive and uncultivated place like BD. This is because it's investment status currently is "junk" which makes it quite dangerous to make a large investment, for it cannot be sustained long term with the help of loans ,needed in most ventures............

What is this investment status "junk"?

Perhaps you were referring to this(?):
Stable monetary and fiscal management of Bangladesh earns Ba3 (Moody's) and BB-(S&P) sovereign rating with stable outlook for three consecutive years 2010, 2011,2012
Bangladesh Bank Home

And here you are bragging about your 'economic knowledge'. Cute...

Oh I see...you live in Disney Land

.
I agree....I am really upset why these stupid Sahara is investing my money on your country cricket team...Rather i would like these money to be invested in my country....Very sad...Please make all the preparation to remove and ban Sahara from your country...

Yeah totally agree, why waste good hard cash on junk stocks like Bangladesh..wth is in BD except cheap labor?...Africa with its mineral resources are a much more better investment.

Again, may I ask where you got this?

.
Munshi.. darling.. you are not qualified enough to talk about Indian investments in particular and methodology in general.

Just to give you the summary, the plan of action depends upon a lot study based upon environmental marketing, span over a very long term. What may seem to be futile in short term may be quite fruitful in long term. All one needs is patience and resilience above all, something that we excel in,more than any other in this World.

Srry.........my mistake
yes, I was reffering to a so-called "junk" rating that BD has.........
Oh I see...you live in Disney Land
come on dude, Don't you get a lil' joke.............

I may have not put it across well enough, but my meaning was clear- BD is a country with tremendous potential as well as risk. Any MNC therefore would be hesitant to open shop there without any fall back options or other advantages. These may include an agreement ensuring less competition or tax benefits. Added to this is the "junk" rating of the BD bonds, that drives away potential third party investors necessary for long term growth................

Do you think that Chinese companies which I am sure you are looking as the best options are saint. God help Bangla desh :sniper:

Chinese earning from investment in Bangladesh will not be used to buy bullets that indian beasts use to kill Bangladeshi civilian as well as they will not build dams on rivers entering Bangladesh from that earning. Besides, you are not in a position to compare yourself with China yet, they invest in india too and when they wish they stop IMF loan for india (before crying search for a loan india begged for Arunachal Pradesh that China didn't let IMF sanction).

Well, since these investments would generate jobs in BD (which is the main reason for illegal migration and thus, shootings)
, it would actually remove the need to shoot any civilian. No promises about buying bullets though..........:D

Dude, yu got to understand BD does not sell bonds, and it does not allow any portfolio investment without one year locking period. You in India need those as you are in serious current account deficit..

what is your investment rating?

What is this investment status "junk"?

India is a investment grade rating BBB- which we are not as we have a very small stock market.. and we don't need that rating either like Turkey, Indonesia, Vietnam who has the same rating as Bangladesh.

Now whichever country has a investment ranking can be downgraded as Junk rating like BB which is worst than CC- rating for Bangladesh.

These Indian learned this term recently as Moody's predicted that India will be downgraded to Junk rating in a year or so. If they end up downgrading India to Junk grade then India will have no option but to default and will have to run to IMF like PK as they are in huge current account deficit.

And Bangladesh has this junk rating of BB- that's why you modified your definition.

iajdani.. we are not in that range that some agency may rate investment grading for us...small things keep happening in big countries..that does not necessarily mean World is turning upside down.
