You cannot hide terrorism of RAW in Pakistan even if ISI is more accused by Americans. Point remains RAW has been and is doing terrorism and you cannot spin that by proving your mindlessness and incensitvity towards terrorism. Fake news, except operations especially given to them, all domestic operations are handed by Intelligence Bureau, not by R&AW.

India has given countless evidence to Pak and international community about the involvement of ISI in terrorism. Pak has not been able to give any evidence against R&AW to anyone. That speaks for itself.
