Even the T-45 Daring class has this sort of look:

The T-45s are globally recognised as some of the most powerful ships around but because this is an INDIAN ship it is shoddy.....


Some points I would add, the light levels/angle of the sun can exaggerate this and the camera lens pics up things the human eye cannot in person such things cannot be seen.


Look at this picture of a US MADE C-130J for the Indian Air Force:

It is the lens of the camera picking up the joins but in other pics and in person such things cannot be seen.

It seems intentional, so as to avoid a flat reflecting surface. The apparent dents are possibly there to reflect the radar at odd angles.
