Indian harvest issues

Grain storage facilities are expensive, to build and maintain.

So are aircraft carriers.

Indian government have zero to no concern about well being of people. Who cares about poor people in India. Does the poor people bribe them for making food storage facility?

Worse than these is that, even Indian is democratic country, everyone have the vote, and many people which offical suck, but they still can't change the status quo. Even on down, another up, but the promise that they made is forgetten, Too much candidates know draw a beautiful picture to their voter, but little can do specific thing for their people. Or even they want, their rival jump up to block these!
It is not only individual problem,but also society or system problem!
