Its funny when pakistan talks about the plebiscite when it itself occupies a large portion of kashmir.The plebiscite was intended by the raja to be conducted after the eviction of pakistani forces from kashmir,since Pakistan does not wish to vacate its forces from Kashmir it has no moral ground to talk about the plebiscite.

And who gave Pakistan authority to give J&K land (although it was barren and uninhabited according to you), how plebiscite will happen when a portion of J&K is in control of 3rd nation. The situation is not like what it used to be in 90's anymore.IA troops are stationed there now.Most of the stone pelters now fear that they could end in one of those unmarked graves
