Kashmir is not Internationally disputed territory, Even UNO made it clear recently, they said its a bilateral issue between Bharat and Pakistan and there is no place for third party intervention.
We made it quite clear,this year we sent away the UNMOG (United Nations Military observer group) from Bharat.UNO got the message, it is only Pakistan which keeps harping for third party intervention, you know it will never come nor is any country willing to mediate, nor will we allow it after you signing the surrender and Shimla Agreement.
