Was Rasulullah (Peace Be Upon Him) also wrong for bringing up the almighty during his sieges upon the city of Taif, or the fort of Banu Qurayza? Secularism is not a concept that exists in Islam, religion and politics have always been interwoven in our society.

That person (probably) isn't a Muslim (unless he recognises he is sinning and still offers namaz), Islam is more than just a Shahadah. I'm sure you are also aware of the punishments for each crime you have listed. Also, that doesn't excuse Gandhi for his bigotry or sexual misdemeanours.

Kashmir is Muslim land and should therefore be controlled by Muslims, and it will be once the Mahdi and Isa (Peace Be Upon Him) come to save the the Ummah (if not sooner inshallah). But let me ask you something, when did I get personal or abuse anyone as some other members do frequently without impunity ???
