No it does not. I am embarrassed at the scale of the f***k up.

Let me tell you how it works. We have 30 odd states and India has quite recently started intelligence sharing with local police of each state. A few states made progress and apprehended a couple of people on the list but did not update the central agency. I understand that all this is bull crap for a guy in Pakistan but blunders do happen in the sub continent and we are not any different.

A Woman sues Childambaram for including her son's name in fugitives list

Delhi: A seven month pregnant woman has filed a suit against Indian Home Minister P Chidambaram for inclusion of her son's name in the list of most wanted fugitives that India claims are hidden in Pakistan. She, while talking to our correspondent, strongly challenged the possibility of his son being hidden in Pakistan. She said my son is not born yet, therefore how can he be in Pakistan. He is right now with me and I have never seen him going out as I do not drink and have never use any type to Narcotics that Mr. Chidambaram uses while preparing such list of most wanted people. Our correspondent also contacted Mr. Chidambaram for his views. Mr. Chidambaram said the lady was under observation of our intelligence agency Research & Analysis Wing (R&AW) since she got pregnant and we have concrete evidences that her Son is in Pakistan.
