Pakistan is trying to build bridges in the teeth of opposition from India.
He is a prominent Indian Sikh politician who was born in what is now Pakistan and has been invited to visit Pakistan many times before and is a Congress politician. Pakistan is trying to reach out.
Do you think the Hindus are going to be happy with us inviting him?

The gugli comment was wrong to publicise but I think it referred to the fact that India was being made to do something it rather didn't want to do.

I don't see Hindus opposing him for accepting Pakistan invitation merely being Sikh except that BJP will try to make a fuss out of it. It can be said that BJP RSS gang is triggered for this.

When Manmohan Singh was PM, he was willing to hold peace talks with Pakistan on all outstanding issues, but Pakistan called India a "dehti aurat." No doubt Pakistan invited him to score some political points against Modi.

RSS is not happy with Kartarpur initiative. RSS wants to isolate and hurt Pakistan. RSS doesn't seek cooperation and peace.

If there is anyone politicizing Kartarpur it is RSS. Have you watched the Indian media? Stop using the word we. The Pak government and the people for that matter want better relations between non-RSS Indians and Pakistan.
