Right! No one has the guts in Pakistan to raid any Chief's house! That's unthinkable! Forget the Chiefs, has anyone got the guts to raid any General rank officer in Pakistan?

But India is a democracy run and controlled by a civilian government unlike Pakistan's lame duck government that's controlled by the Army!

They ought to be kept busy and shown their limitations on regular intervals (Remember Vishnu Bhagwat?).

But most importantly, at all times they need to be kept as divided as are the different regiments of the Army - Rajput/Gurkha/Sikh... etc. Otherwise there's barely any nation where the military has not tried to grab the power - it is in the character and will have to be countered at all times in all the worlds.
