I think Yemen has fired around a hundred ballistic missiles on Saudi Arabia. There's a bloody price to pay for this sort of aggression.

When Afghanistan fired 17 ballistic missiles on Pakistan in 1989, look what Pakistan did to Afghanistan in return. By 1996, Afghanistan was under Pakistani control.
