The money paid will be very small amount compared to the amount needed to remove poverty.. but it will ensure good relation(good for our business, water for crops of our farmers etc etc)... we are taking care of our people

Good that you explained what india mean by "good relation". But sure maoist and malnourished are catching up to indian dream. Besides, india has NO credibility, period.

malnaurishment is decreasing, and record number of people are getting into middle class, we did not have enough food for us, now got record crops, and if we pay a little bit to our big brother bd to allow to use water resources, and buy our produce, why not.
its win-win for us.. and our poor people..

With that indian logic it is all legit and good Bangladesh funding and helping groups in NE who would get us better water share and export potential.
