Protection is a relative term.

In such cases the initiative lies with a rag tag group of yahoos who are prepared to die. Even firing a few rounds at the main gate of a facility is enough for the publicity they seek.

The key lies less in the physical defence of a facility ( which is a given) but more in infiltrating the orgisations with effective intel .
