Indian cuisine vs Pakistani cuisine

plus chicken tikka, shaami kebab, chapli kebab

in veg, aalo ki bhujya, qarhi, palak(spinach) chicken/mutton, karela curry etc etc

we eat frid fish occasionally, i think its 'rao' fish and paplet fish

also try kebab rolls of pakistan, its the chicken, beef or mutton rolled up in parathas(bread), some chains like hot n spicy make tasty kebab rolls

well you`ll cant believe this but in haryana villages, people are not so found of spices & tadka thing.... we mostly use milk, curd,chhaachh, lots of ghee with makki, bajara,or wheat roti.... dry fruit dishes are very common..means badaam halwa..

In non-veg we prefer mutton over chicken & then the akhhada kasrat ever green:cheesy:
