This event is quite old approx. six months old. The ship was floated out of the dry-dock and the fitting out of equipment is being carried out while afloat. Check out the thread about :

Well we are not be having 1 but 3 and we are building more ships for our navy and we are having them from a long time so its good to have them and yes we can afford them

The most interesting part of the video is the egress/exit of the ship through the caisson entrance. The ship just makes it out with less than a meter to spare to either side and the Flight-Deck overhangs and Sponsons do not have much clearance either. A lot of preparatory work made that possible, calculating the tides, the ship's stability (the structure/appendage at the stern is part of that) and precise manouvering controlled by the tugs (since the ship is moving without engine power). Not a scratch on the paint-work.
