I dont buy this argument that beijing has nothing to do with this. MSS is very active in that region. Thats their capability that they play safe and no one notices them. And their players are ISI for this. Finally they have paid Pakistan 65 billion dollars just to build a 5 Billion dollar port. Explains that Pakistan is vunerable to penetration of any agency which pays money.

I don't understand why there is always a need to invite countries and funds in such big amounts. And when things go out of hand ISI is remembered to clean up the mess. Chinese are no more communists and are business minded many party leaders have been caught in act of corruption and money laundering.
ISI has nothing to do with these shadowy deals but one thing is sure media has been used quite successfully by former COAS and Government to cover ineptness and corruption.
