The encircled right side seems to be some electronic module covered with a body with holes for cooling. Something resembling this:

4th picture shows blades of high/low pressure compressor I think.

While in pic#1 & #2 in the quoted post, the four of the sockets & flange could have something to do with the mechanism of directing the thrust (thrust vectoring?):
Also probably the long tiles seen on the inside too are needed when you need movement at the exhaust to direct the thrust.

from the size of this debris, it's comparable to cruise missile's motor.

Not the booster, probably the engine!

That could be the reason people in surrounding thought it was an aircraft that crashed.
They may have seen the wings or heard the sound like aircraft?

I see no reason for a boiler to have that. It can be used for pneumatic actuation.

Probably Helium containers to deploy wings, air inlet, etc. Located right next to the turbofan in Aft-Body-Section.
Because wings/inlet are deployed only once, so just need one time burst of air.

May be these failed to deploy the wings/air inlet and hence this thing just fell out of sky?

Yes, it was a crashed J-20 , recently acquired by Pakistan. You figured out the thrust vectoring engine.
The pilot was wing commander Shahzazuddin .

Again ? I must acquire me one of them "Resurrection Stones," might need it if me keeps getting in the hot water with better half..
