Indian border guards fired four rockets into Pakistan

Govt. should ask our forces to heavily retaliates all these attacks. Also, RAW should be allowed to carryout special missions so that Pakistani army/ISI thinks twice before doing any mischief and escalating tensions as they have done in Kargil and 26/11 mumbai.

Also they want to revive the terrorism in Punjab.

We should bleed their terror mechanism twice as much and severely punish them it will be a deterrent in the future.
Yea, I am waiting for that movie to come out.:disagree:

.
Are they TRYING to start a war?

If by THEY you meant millitants ( LeT , TTP etc) then answer is yes, wont they simply love to see a war on the eastern front of Pak so that the vice grip on them would be lose for a breath?

If by THEY you meant INDIA, then NO, its just a Tit for Tat fire, don't expect it to grow any bigger.

Windjammer is just trying to point out that when Indians 'claim' something happened its not always legit.

I don't know if you guys are deliberately being disingenuous or you genuinely believe that India has nothing better to do than to start a meaningless war with Pakistan. If history has taught us anything it is that Pakistan relies on underhanded tactics and subterfuge to stir up trouble in India all while denying the same and vowing 'retaliation' in response to any Indian 'aggression'. The choice of words is irritating and blatantly false.

Pakistan denied helping Kashmiri insurgents for close to two decades, denied any involvement in Kargil. I think Pakistan's duplicity is the main reason why so many Pakistanis tend to believe in outlandish conspiracy theories. 9/11 was an inside job, 26/11 was an inside job, Osama doesn't exist, this is a war against Islam, they want our nukes, Israel is behind all this, TTP is supported by RAW-CIA-MOSSAD. I can go on forever. It is unfortunate that India has to put up with this paranoid, insecure, defensive BS.

Here's a little eye-opener for our self righteous Pakistani friends. This is what your 'government' had to say in 1999.

BBC News | South Asia | Pakistani army on high alert

Pakistani army on high alert

India says some Pakistani soldiers were killed in the air strikes

Pakistan has called the Indian air strikes in Kashmir "very, very serious" and put its troops on high alert.

The military has already expressed concern that India may be trying to move past the line of control which divides the Pakistan and Indian forces.

The BBC's Owen Bennett-Jones: "Pakistan trying to assess India's intentions"
Army spokesman Brigadier Rashid Qureshi said: "A few bombs have landed on our side of the line of control - this makes matters, very very serious.

"The Pakistan armed forces reserve the right to retaliate by whatever means are considered appropriate," he said.

Protest to be lodged

The responsibility for any escalation would "squarely rest on India and its armed forces", he added.

Mr Qureshi added that Pakistan had taken "very serious notice" of the situation and would lodge a protest with India.:cheesy:

Paul Danahar reports from Delhi: "Strikes are inside India"
India has denied that any bombs fell on the Pakistan side of the border in Wednesday's attack.

In recent days the Pakistan army says it has noticed a concentration of Indian troops and aircraft in Kashmir, and warned them not to cross the line.

Correspondents say there has been no sign that the Indian forces have moved.

India says it is trying to remove militants who moved into Indian-controlled Kashmir from Pakistan and took territory near the town of Kargil.

Pakistan says that while it offers moral support to the militants, it does not give them logistical back-up.

Call for calm

The foreign minister of Pakistan has called for restraint.

Sartaj Aziz told a local news agency he did not know why India had decided to attack Kashmir and the action should not be escalated. :-)rofl:)

"There has to be restraint from both sides," he said. "We don't know why they are escalating the situation.":-)hang2:)

But he warned: "If they attack our positions, we will defend ourselves."

Asked if the problem could be contained, he said Pakistan was doing its best to contain it.
:-)disagree:)

The point I'm trying to make here Windjammer and Freekin is that Pakistan has been playing this cat and mouse game for over 2 decades. If the PA denies something, history tells us that they're probably lying and their words are meaningless.

The indian soldier who pissed in his pants was a sissy.
Your army cheif is peace hater, who is acting as war mongrer.
I wonder why he suddenly see a best opportunity to start a war?
As far i know Zardari no longer controls the red button.
Or is it that he had smuggled enough C4 in Pakistani cities? I'm sure sissy indian army never goes to open war... they always start with terrorism.
