Pakistan needs to make a disproportionate retaliation for these mortars and shells on civilians.

This shows the training.. when their paras land near LoC, they are butchered.. so they are forced to use bofors blindly.. They can hit anything... trees, civilians, birds, animals or Pakistani soldiers..

Even if there is one percent chance of hitting soldiers.. and 1 out of 100 fires actually hit, their objective is achieved..

Unfortunately, it will go on like that for many years. It's the nature of your enemy that matters. India is the only country which is advised to rape, use pallet guns, abduct children, and then rejoice on such "victorious acts".

Vacate your civilians from border area and ask Pakistani army to fight like a man, not like hiding in civilians area.

To put it another way, India's is an amoral military that doesn't care for civilian deaths in Pakistan, so if civilian deaths have zero impact on India in terms of inducing behavioural change or forcing them to desist from military assaults, why would Pakistan bother "hiding in civilian areas".

But the best solution is not to use "dumb" weapons like Bofors etc. India needs to send its teams across the border just as it accuses Pakistan of doing.
