They are still very good, same reputation professionally. Remember, it's not Russia against Ukraine, it's Russia against the combined military and economic might of NATO plus western countries.
I disagree with this somewhat, watching the conflict progress and seeing current events, big players like Germany and other Europeans nations are yet to actually contribute something substantial in aiding Ukrainian offensive capability. Some have like in the case of Britain, but not really representative of the scale of what a 'combined' NATO military might would be.
What is true is the intelligence gathering that is being shared, there is a lot of aid being given in that regard with constant sorties being undertaken by NATO and satellite analysis etc, which is being then passed onto Ukraine. The economic aid bit is also true as we have observed substantial monetary packages being given to Ukraine to try and prop up their war economy.

Now there is a lot of unknowns, some things are not out in the public so we wont be able to understand some of the rationale for some decisions. But there have been very obvious logistical and other failures during this operation which have become more apparent as time has progressed. Some of which are actually quite surprising given the competency level expected of the Russian military/leadership.
I'm always open to understanding the other viewpoint though with a good bit of discussion.

Go over the timeline. the war between India and China lasted for 4 weeks. you are assuming the Pakistani army could be ready in 4 weeks.
What happens to Pakistan when the India-China war ends ?
