That is not how it works. You think too highly of India. Didn't India ask US for help in 1962? There was a news several month back about US station drones on Port Blair. Maybe US secretly already have drones station there. I believe that would be a great start for cooperation between the two countries.

I don't know what u are pretending to be(Taiwanese/American), but drone or no drone whatever happens happens with our consent.
