What is funny about UN.... That resolution was moved by none other than India herself as responsible nation.... Had Pakistan not launched the attack in 1947 Kashmir issue would have been resolved amicably....
But feudal/landlord of then Pakistan (lab to nurture Islam) were so impatient that they had almost requested Qaid e azam to unfurl the green flag in Srinagar dreaming the success of gilgit/baltistan part 2.... Rest after that, what happened was coining new idioms & phrases for the generations to come & to yell over the lost land or jugular vein of Pakistan which Pakistan never had control of, or thousands cuts on India or eating grass n so on .... Yet nothing changed except the face of Pakistan after 71.... The least they were expecting was United world against terrorism which finally turn the table & since then Pakistan have been getting humiliated by her western ally over complicit policy on terrorism, then Osama was found in a new home in green land breeding his nex generations safely....
Having seen the traction of Pakistan towards terrorism by the world, compelled UN or other countries to declare a pious bounty over the head of distinguished/adorable( as per Pakistanis) philanthropist of Pakistan....
Such philanthropical school of though can only flourish on axis of Indus (lab to nurture islam)......

Must be act of some local criminals , given the situation in kashmir army is a good excuse. When army is in control they can switch of the power why throw rod against electricity wires to cut power supply?

I am astonished that soldiers wearing bullet proof helmets and jackets are afraid of stones that much.
