Yes, we all know the reality behind the civilian/military classification of Pakistani Army. Like the 4000 Pakistanis killed in Kargil were not hte Pakistan army men. Didnt it take ISPR close to 10 years to list their names as martyrs on its web site. We will find out in 10 years' time whether the ones getting killed by IA on the LOC now are civilians or not.
