Thats what I am asking,,,how is the political party of one sovereign country allowed to be operated in another "free" country ?
Yeah the rally was near the LoC and the fire came from across the LoC sooooooooo what is so difficult to understand that it was coming from Indian army and not aliens

It is called People's party in Azad Kashmir. same is Muslim League.
Any country can adopt these names for local political parties.
But the Opening Post says its the Pakistan Peoples Party, AJK Chapter.
So is the source wrong or is it an astounding coincidence that there are two PPP in both Pakistan and "Azad" Kashmir. ?
By the same token, what are the occupational forces doing in Kashmir? At least these activists weren't spilling the blood of protesters - speaking of which, there weren't any!Thats what I am asking,,,how is the political party of one sovereign country allowed to be operated in another "free" country ?
Daily Times has more tilting towards India as well as Salman Taseer the owner of DT hence i feel they dont exaggerate such things where India is involved.
Anyway LoC violations are not new
That's because civilians are not allowed beyond a certain limit near LOC and military takes control on BOTH the sides. Since you said that the firing was opened by Indian Army, this means that clearly small arms were used. An average INSAS assault rifle's range is similar to AK-74U and M-4 meaning at an engaging distance of 900-1400 feet.Yeah the rally was near the LoC and the fire came from across the LoC sooooooooo what is so difficult to understand that it was coming from Indian army and not aliens
It was peaceful rally on the occasion of black day observed by Kashmiris against Indian occupation.
Obviously rangers were informed about it.
the PP or P there only have Kashmiris as their candidates and leaders. They contest for their assembly of Azad Kashmir .
Similar is case with Muslim League. Though they drive their popularity from PPP/PML names
