Indian army kills man trapped in rubble after finding out he's Muslim

He was trapped under rubble, he did not pose any threat to the Indian Army. It takes a disgustingly low person, a poor excuse for a human being to pull out a gun and shoot a man trapped under rubble calling out for help! If anything has been established is that IA routinely lies about encounters and this clearly seems like another case.

Seems this is the first time you are seeing counter terror operation anywhere in the world.

When it comes to targeting terrorists, no force in the world shows mercy. Even your FC also does this. It is like you kill or be killed, and there is a danger of suicide bombers.

.
In the Seniors Café it was confirmed that this man was shot during an anti terrorist operation after he was identified as an infiltrator

One soldier can clearly be heard saying (Translate)..."He's a bearded one".????.....does supporting a BEARD qualifies one to be an infiltrator. !!!

IA was receiving firing from the same guy for quite some time after which they decided to blow up the building.
Ok please present proof for this

Everybody cries out for help when they face death. Just think that the Army have causality during the same operation.

Daari wala is no means of identification. There is a process of innocent until proven guilty. Where is due process? This shows all claims by Indian Army are worth nothing since they kill based on facial hair!

.
Who has given IA the right to kill anyone? Rules of Engagement only allows Armies to kill in self defence or when someone is resisting arrest. Killing someone who is this badly trapped is unimaginable and unheard of. It is total ghatiya pan.

Once a man fires at you he deserves no mercy.

There is no need to capture a man only to be released after the next hijack. This is something the forces learnt the hard way.

.
That is not even a point

This is the point, this video is used to do some propaganda against India.

Yeah it does, given the context, I highly doubt IA is about to kill daari wala Saadhus

Given the title and the video this point is valid.

This is not war, this is counter terror operation and the rules of engagement are different. If they do not kill him who knows he may unplug a grenade or some thing.

And the BSF guys just went near him to confirm whether he is a civilian or a terrorist.

IA was being repeatedly shot from this guy and you want due process and fairness ? ..... He was a militant.... he deserved death... period.
NO mercy for terrorists ...

He wasn't FIRING he was trapped in rubble. You have to take him into custody, prove that he was firing in a court of law. Like this, they can even kill you and say you were at some unseen unrecorded time, with no evidence were firing at IA. Where is the court system?

You fire at Army and when caught, asking for trail? sorry Indian politicians are soft not the IA.

Meanwhile check #19

Horrific!!!

In the video they spot a man buried under rubble. Some soldiers get close to help him - then they spot he has a beard and tells his CO... He's calling out for them to help him - another soldier pulls an automatic weapon and shoots him multiple times!

A video-clip, currently in circulation here, allegedly shows an injured and trapped militant being shot dead by security personnel from point blank range.

In the video-clip, more than 10 Armymen, accompanied by an officer and a policeman, are seen standing on the debris of a house. An injured militant, crying in pain, is seen stuck under the debris. The security personnel start removing the debris and ask him, "Are you a Pakistani? Where are you from?" The militant doesn't answer any of the questions. As the soldiers remove some of the debris, he puts his hand out and waves. A soldier is heard saying, "He is the bearded one." Another is heard saying, "Open fire." A soldier shoots him from point blank range.

Defence spokesman Lt Col J S Brar said the person shown in the video was a "Pakistani terrorist". "If you look closely, the terrorist had a grenade in his hand. He was trying to do something. After clearance (of the debris) we found more explosives and grenades surrounding him."

Sources said the lone policeman seen in the video-clip is a head constable of Special Operations Group of J&K Police in Pulwama district and is called "Doctor".

Sources added that the cellphone video-clip emanated from a village in Pulwama district where a policeman reportedly gave it to a friend who distributed it. Sources said the video-clip was shot immediately after an encounter between militants and a joint party of police and Army on July 8 at Bon Hanjin village in Pulwama district, and that the person killed was Pakistani militant Ahsan Bhai, a divisional commander of Jaish-e-Mohammad.

Superintendent of Police, Pulwama, Amit Kumar said he had no knowledge of the video. "I don't think it (video) can be of that encounter. Nothing of that sort was reported to me, not even unofficially."

NO mercy for terrorists ...

In the video we can see he was trapped in rubble and not repeatedly firing at the IA. The video is the proof. Where is Indian Army's video of him firing at them?

.
Whoever he is, they just identified him as a daari wala and shot him! Is that the qualification of a terrorist that IA has been killing in all these years? This is appalling behavior. UN has sanctioned wars for far less gross human rights violations, this is something that cannot go unpunished!

are the human rights for terrorist and law brakers onli that was an encounter and millitarry was there to clear the area of these scums so when they found that the terrorist who was hiding there to ambush army got trapped under the same i dont think army men was wrong in acsdequting him or he(terrorist) might have attacked the army personal with fatal results ..... they should be shown no mercy and no remose ...period

There is no court, you kill or you will be killed when you take up arms against army.

Non state combatants are not covered under the rules of war. Ever heard of a terrorist being arrested after an encounter in any part of the world?

What we are seeing are excerpts not what happened before ..

If it was as you are saying then I am with you & the Human rights ppl will play hell into those who did it.

However, if not then I stand by what I said.
