I believe those were supposed to be "general" areas. If IA went in to 4 places to "neutralize" about 30 odd people - then lets say each "launch pad" had about 10 people - not a big area. could be a precise location.
Have you seen what happened when you went in to "neutralize" 4 people in Uri?
Also, as said by the Indian posters, Pakistan would have had time to "clean it up".
With what magical eraser? They picked up every bullet casing, wiped every drop of blood, replanted every bush and blade of grass in 4 different areas? You've seen the aftermaths of gun fights at the Taj Hotel, Pathankot and Uri right? And those were 20th of this supposed surgical strike where 350 soldiers crossed over. Take half as many people on a mountain trail and even a blind man will tell you what happened there.
All I am saying is - let the IA show some footage, then we can debunk it to our hearts content. Anything before that is jumping the gun.
That is definitely not what you were saying.
How do you logically defend this 24 hours criteria of yours.
Lets assume Indian cross border strikes were fake, don't you think, a nation which organised such a big fake strike would also make fake footage before hand, before they decided to declare about the strikes. Especially considering the fact that Indian DGMO declared initially itself, that India has drone footage of the operation, but the decision to make make it public will be taken later.
So how come releasing the footage within 24hours lends credibility to the strikes?
Aren't you talking about the establishment which hasn't even gotten its story straight after the passage of 7 days? You think too highly of your government. They thought that just like their mandate the rest of the world is blind as well. They didn't realise that this culture is alien to the rest of the world.
On the other hand, there are so many operations in the world, who's videos and pictures are released years even decades later, when they accidentally leaked or the archives opened up to public. Do you think those operations never happened.
for eg. Footage of operation Neptune Spear has not been made public yet, It is likely to be made public, when the official archives are opened after the statutory timeline on them expires. But does that mean American forces never came into Pakistan and killed Osama?
Because those operations leave a lot of other things behind as proof. For example, the crashed helicopter or the countless civilians reporting live on social media that something strange was going on in Abottabad. The US military never told anyone which house it was but yet the very next morning everyone knew which one it had to be. However, the whole world still questioned Osama's presence when no proof was found or shown, still does. We ask for proof because those operations just weren't as brilliant as Indian "surgical strikes" where everything happened without anything happening. So pardon our ignorance, we just weren't brought up being taught to believe in insane lies.

Eyewitnesses living across the Line of Control (LoC) have provided
The Indian Express with graphic accounts of last week’s Indian Army special forces strikes on jihadists’ staging posts, describing how bodies of those killed in clashes before dawn on September 29 were loaded onto trucks for secret burials. The eyewitnesses also described brief but intense fire engagements that destroyed makeshift buildings that housed jihadists before they left for the last stage of their journeys across the LoC.
Their accounts corroborate India’s claims that it carried out strikes against terror launch pads — a claim Pakistan has denied, saying, instead, that its military’s forward positions were targeted with small-arms and mortar fire.
Yes yes. These eyewitnesses from across the LOC held their tongues in front of the journalists from CNN, BBC, Washingtonpost, NYT and pretty much every other news agency worth mentioning because they wanted to allow the mighty indianexpress to break this exclusive.
How torpid can a whole society be? At least try to pretend to put some effort in fabricating lies?
