There wont be any MAD. Pak's nuke arsenal will kill probably 100 million -200 million people in India (That still leaves about a billion). Sure India will probably become the worst country in the world, but Pakistan given the size will vanish from the face of earth, with parts of it being absorbed in Afg and Iran. Not a desirable outcome from India's perspective, but just thought I would correct your analysis.

Currently both countries dont have the nucleae fire power to completely destroy each other..

You are talking of a 'nuclear carpet bombing' for which india does not have an arsenal large enough..

Plus Pakistan in general are a 'resilliant' nation.
We survived worst floods,worst quakes,worst terrorism,worst energy shortage.....and have kept at bay an enemy 10 times larger than us for the last 65 years...
So your dream of Pakistan becoming a waste land and being absorbed into Afghanistan will need a meteor strike the size of tanguska.....nothing less than that...

India was in no condition or had the power to kill the 93000 Pakistani soldiers and walk away unharmed... In that scenario tens of thousands of Indian soldiers had died too...
