Its their country and their rules. It is very clear through out the world the reasons for beheading. and Drug smuggling is also not a less of a crime compared to rape or murder. There is no justification for crying after one is caught even though laws of land are quite clear. People gamble with their lives to earn quick money using smuggling. Some fail in that and then beheaded. Part of big smuggling game i guess.

Come my friend, get your head together. Most Saudis are one step below average IQ in terms of literacy standards. There is no future for the youth. All the money is siphoned off by the elite - go see the poverty outside Mecca or other cities to realise the squaller in that country - I am not talking of the outside workers but local arabs who sometimes dont have enough to eat or even running water. When youth have no future with 95% having degrees in religious education what good is that? Is it then a surprise that they turn to these vices?
When you have entire shit load of royals who were put there by the british and have used wahabism to consolidate their powers - it has always been in their interests to keep the public illiterate and keep the yoke of bondage.

If that's true so why they ordered the government to give the students a scholarship for free with monthly rewards to students in various specializations to study science, medicine,engineering,languages...etc in a finest countries in the world such as USA ,UK ,France ,Canada ..ets ?

If the government don't want people to be literate or well educated so why it's paying monthly rewards to the students in universities to encourage them to learn and keep learning ? rather than the study is for free from the 1st grade once you're 7 years old until graduation from the university !!

My friend, I have been to your country and seen first hand the issues. I have met the students who go overseas and hear their stories and challenges. I have travelled widely through the entire region by bus/trucks/car/plane including dhows across red sea towards zanzibar.
