You did not mention of the AWACS that DRDO is working on.
That might get inducted too. And if it does get inducted it will be in huge numbers and will be taken up by the army and the navy both in huge numbers because it will be so cheap to buy and even cheaper to operate

I believe LCA will be by 2020 will 40 mk1 & 80 mk2 at best. = 120 max

MRCA will not go to Russians it will be F18SH/ OR Typhoon.

YOU also missed the new INDO RUSSIAN TRANSPORT MRRT X 40 PLANES

with regards budget thats no issue even today with a defense budget well over $32billion and rising annually...

Finally the PAKFA FGFA will not enter IAF service until 2020 WEN THE mrca production has finished.

ie Remaning SU30MKI 100 FINISHED BY 2014.

MRCA starts 2013 finishes 2020 126 planes

PAK FA starts 2018-2020 time frame 150 planes until 2030

LCA will run parrallel to all thst from 2012-2022
