Nothing beats an Aerostat for cost effectiveness, particularly in peace times.

Nothing suits our needs better than to have half a dozen of them deployed at Pakistani border. They dont serve much during times of war. But it will be constant monitoring of Pakistan's airspace in peaceful or almost peaceful times!
