Four Border Security Force (BSF) troopers were injured when Pakistan Rangers on Wednesday resorted to unprovoked firing at Indian positions along the international border in Jammu district.
“Pakistan Rangers fired at Pital post of the BSF in Arnia sub-sector of R.S. Pura sector of international border in Jammu district today (Wednesday),” a police officer said.

BSF jawans are free to take appropriate actions in border according to any situation. You can see many pakistani Soilders are being killed In these skirmishes before govt have no direct role in it all it do can only condemn unless something big step like beheading of are Soilders in border inside indian territory can take place.
