yes that is why separatists in assam shot 20 people dead yesterday ? and 70 people dead in Kashmir ? . If you check the causality list for 2016 you aren't far off than us . Pakistan despite the recent incident has been in a state of calm for over a year now thanks to Zarb e azb and NAP .
