Pakistan as a whole is not a very lucrative market. It has to date not even touched 10% of the revenue that a bollywood film earns world wide. While the absolute number of money earned from Pakistan may look like much to you, in terms of percentages Pakistan generally averages around 5% of the revenue earned by territory for most bollywood films, as pointed out by hinduguy.Yes i do believe pakistani market is kept in mind. Tell me how many indians are hindi urdu speakers only 30 to 35 pc.
And you are entirely missing my point, your market also consists of large pakistani overseas diaspora who add how much amount to your revenues couldnt be figured out as its not possible. Tellme why your kollywood tollywood arent such bombastic industries. Pakistanis might be interseted in bollywood but nobody bothers with south actors or even care.
If one says producers are so simpletons and unaware that they dont know huge pakistani overseas market then i would say you are just shunning facts. You can ask any baniya producer that, he would tell you himself.
Secondly, idont like bollywood and idont watch it.
I am a hindu baniya and I approve this message.Yes agree to disagree. Producers are all baniyas and baniya always seeks ways of making profits, overgoing a single dollar profit is a pain for him. And thats how movie economic work.
I honestly had meant no offense to you or anyone.I am a hindu baniya and I approve this message.
5pc is an underestimation. Pk got 10pc from pakistan. But the point being conveniently overlooked by you guys is that i am emphasizing on pakistani diaspora as wellPakistan as a whole is not a very lucrative market. It has to date not even touched 10% of the revenue that a bollywood film earns world wide. While the absolute number of money earned from Pakistan may look like much to you, in terms of percentages Pakistan generally averages around 5% of the revenue earned by territory for most bollywood films, as pointed out by hinduguy.
You're trying making yourself important when you are practically not.
As far as other cinemas are concerned, Tamil movies and all are doing very well. Its just that Pakistanis don't watch them, so they are not aware of them.
cars is a bad metric of middle class. I know a lot of old couples who are wealthy/upper middle class and do not own cars
Man you have hell lot of labor shortage, in both skilled and unskilled both labors. You dont have enough vocational schools and training colleges to train those people. Your modis make in India dream is just a dream and your economy is booming nowhere. To fool indian public his government totally tweaked a growth rate figure of 4.9 something to 6.9 pc . And also your demographic dividend that you will be losing for lack of skilled labor is 12 million people.
That is true of all measures. The variable you mention will also be applicable in Pakistan? Anyway there is alway's talk by Indian's about their enormous middle class, how do you measure it?
Sighs. Yea sure stay in your bubble. I got no issues. Labor shortage doesnt mean less population ,1. less skilled labor. Are you nuts? LOL
India has surplus labor, that is why we have a BPO on every street.
Indian GDP nominal is 2 TRILLION. How much is Pakistan?
Dude, you are way off the figures here bro.
The same way you measure the poor.
Sighs. Yea sure stay in your bubble. I got no issues. Labor shortage doesnt mean less population ,1. less skilled labor.
2. And unskilled labor unwilling to work due to tough working conditions and logictical issues.
But hey wait enjoy floating in your bubble.
Ok whatever thoughts give you comfort.LOL!!
Thanks to our bubble we have a growing economy and growing foreign investment. Whta you have come up with is not facts but THEORIES to make you feel better. Who said Indians are unwilling to work? LOL!!

Ok whatever thoughts give you comfort.
