i wonder howcome its so difficult to hear something about terrorism without pakistan

Eveer heard about Butterfly effect. If a small change is made in one part of the system then there may be significant change in other part. So the incident of terrorism = significant part, small change = something in Pakistan. If you are looking "small change", and you are somehow looking for any angle of involvement of Pakistan, you will find it anyhow.
