Yeah yeah. Why not invest in Pakistan's armed industry as well. Come on guys This investment is not gonna help us in any way. Unless pakistan drops its hostility to India we cant help them develop.

Also this is a false comparison, How many wars did Japan and China fight after WW2? and How many wars did India have with China after 1962 debacle? Situation with china is improving while that with Pakistan is always volatile, atleast as of now.

Invest in Pakistan? That is fraught with risk. There might be another coup and as a popular move the new ruler of Pakistan might nationalize Indian assets the way Castro did the American assets. And why generate jobs in a country whose taxes are directed toward killing Indian citizens? India should not invest a dime in Pakistan.

We should not invest in Pakistan.... Civilian Government is a Clown.... ISI and Military is more powerful Institution and that controls more.....We should see how we can export goods made in India and look for more opportunist in export than investment..this will also create jobs back home..If we build a Power pole for them and very next day it will be blown out and it will be claimed by some Mollah Group (Talib or LET etc).... We should export Power, Railway Wagon and Engines, Medicines, Medical equipment etc...

It's funny when the US donates military equipment and gives aid you guys grab it with 2 hands and then go running to World Bank/IMF asking for more to fill a financial blackhole in the GoP budget. But then don't need investment (and $20 BN at that). If I was an Indian taxpayer I'd be pretty hacked off my hard earned money was going to an ungrateful nation who apparently didn't want our money.
