FATA, Balochistan, NWFP... Sindh and Punjab have large coal deposits, while Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan have timber resources.

India faces a shortage of locomotives themselves ..
We are in the phase , changing old locomotives with the newer generation ones
So it's kinda difficult
But on the other hand Pakistan has no shortages of Gemstones ..

We have many unemployed persons in the country ..
And diamond polishing industries are mainly in Surat and Mumbai only , there is lot of work in expanding them in India itself

we should do JV with Indians on the gemstones cutting ,polishing ,finishing ,and marketing as produced in Pakistan and packed in India selling them raw gem stones would be selling raw cotton to Thailand which they turn up in to T-shirts and sell us back at the cost of foreign exchange just doesn't make sense we JV with south Africa on this if they provide us the required equipment as labor here is quite cheap in Pakistan we need private sector to invest in that ARY, CHotanis , engro ,aga khanis
