It's a new rocket with a 14t capacity to GTO. Failure or not, it will be resolved. Btw, the failure rate is 50% since there are only 2 launches. Your GSLV MKII has a 50% failure rate until recently, your GSLV MKIII only had one launch. Your PSLV success rate is less than our other vehicles which are more advanced and capable.

We had 3 moon probes and 1 test moon probe. All are working as per their lifespan but the rover failed half way. What about Chandrayaan?
