India will go out of its way to save Jadhav from death row: Sushma Swaraj

India went "out of its way" to use terrorism massively against Pakistani people. The disgraced terrorist monkey Kulbhushan has killed countless innocent people with the terror attacks in schools, parks, markets, mosques, train-stations, etc. in Pakistan. He deserves no mercy. But the panic, anguish, and grief shown by Indians is a proof that the terrorist monkey was on state mission to use terrorism against Pakistan. This nasty terrorist 'son of India' must meet his sorrowful demise at gallows. If we could have done that before to other Indian terrorists (rather than letting them return alive to India), the terrorist monkey wouldn't have come to Pakistan. The enemy needs to know the price of using terrorism against Pakistan.
But , what if kulbhushan yadav is indeed an innocent family guy just as you and me ?? Prove he killed Pakistanis...................don't just fall prey to the nuisance Zaid Hamid preaches !

They already accepted him as Lt Col Habib.

Wait and watch. If and when the Let Col is produced in front of the world and denounced as a spy, they will deny he is the same person. You are talking about people who refused to receive the dead bodies of their soldiers in Kargil after denying their identity. They did the same in 1947 when Pak Army regulars were sent into Kashmir dressed as Tribals.

. .
Back channel talks have been initiated by India for now.

. .
Geneva Conventions are for sovereign nations; example, if this was to be about POWs from Pakistan that were captured here, will be treated as POW guidelines in the GC.

It has nothing to do with dealing with anti-national elements within one's own national territory.

Your agencies caught someone from Iran off-coast where he was doing business. Which spy working in that specific country takes his or her native passport can you please tell me?

Even ISI doesn't do that.

So capturing someone from another country of India is what the same has happened for your retired Army officer.

You release this guy in exchange of your officer. Simple.

First of all since when when Kashmir become part of your country you have illegal hold on Kashmir through you military they want freedom but you are killing them, and for POW every one knows how you treat simple prisoners so what can be hoped for POW

secondly yadahv was not caught from Iran he was caught from Baluchistan, he cam in through Iran but was caught in Baluchistan. he was serving office of your navy so can you explain how can a serving office is busy in business and that business to is out of country. kid world is not fool like you these he was using business as a cover he been under observation of ISI and when they got solid proves they get him red handed

We know you will put him as a spy and blame some false flag operation on him but you are little late on it as we have already shown that how he was traped by job offer so your drama will not work. and in Kargil you wer not accepting bodies of your soldiers and you had shortage of wood for burning your soldiers dont twist the reality every one knows the truth.

Yep Yep whatever you say :D

Hmm...So let me get this straight. You find it funny to suggest that the country which wants to make a territorial claims would send its soldiers to annex that territory. After all, what could be more plausible than 6,000 tribal Lashkaris descending on the Valley to conquer Kashmir and then hand it over to Pakistan? And where did they get arms, logistics and training, and who lead them? Why, the tribals themselves!!Makes total sense.

Since it is difficult to respond to such shoddy language, I am taking a guess at what you mean. Kulbhushan was entrapped by a job offer - then how is he a spy and saboteur? Entrapment is just that. Indian Army refused to accept dead bodies in Kargil - any evidence apart from your assertion would be welcome. As for Pakistan Army refusing to take back bodies, here it is:

By shortage of wood I assume you are referring to the Coffin Scam. There was no shortage of wood. Where do you read these things?

Breaking news: Reports are emerging that the Indian government is on the verge of authorizing an "Otto Skorzeny" style commando operation to free RAW operative Kulbhushan Yadav, initial reports indicate the operation will be led by Brigadier Ram Lal, who is stated to be India's most accomplished and decorated special operations soldier and the key strategist behind recent surgical strikes across the LOC.

Here is one of the very few public appearances of Brigadier Ram Lal (the joyful chap with the boogie hat)

I would have gone to explain every point but guess what its not worth it keeping in view that you do not know the ground realities. Army disguising as tribals and tribals funded by army is different story altogether.

Spying and intel gathering has been going on all over the world since ages, against adversaries and is nothing special.

A state sending their terrorists in border countries to coordinate terrorist activities and support anti-state factions is altogether a different scenario.

The way our enemy leadership is reacting, proves that they are involved in state sponsored terrorism activities in Pakistan.

Thanks for the (non)offer. I would rather rely on reading for myself. You can educate someone more willing.

India’s Fury on Kulbhushan’s Death Sentence: What are India’s real options?
Global Village Space |

Syed Ali Zia Jaffery |

A few hours after Pakistan Army Chief, General Qamar Javed Bajwa, ratified the death sentence given to Kulbushan Jadhav, the heated comments from Indian politicians started flooding in. Indian Minister for External Affairs, Sushma Swaraj, unequivocally warned Pakistan of the dire consequence if “India’s son” were to be executed. She went on to assert that India would leave “no stone unturned” to ensure justice for Jadhav.

“I would caution the Pakistan government to consider the consequences for our bilateral relationship if they proceed on this matter.”

She vehemently stated that the proceedings of the military courts were “farcical” and if the sentence is carried out, it would be an act of “premeditated murder”. Directing various allegations towards Pakistan, she said:

“If anything, he is the victim of a plan that seeks to cast aspersions on India to deflect international attention from Pakistan’s well-known record of sponsoring and supporting terrorism.”

According to the press release by ISPR, Kulbushan Jadhav, after confessing before a Magistrate and court, was sentenced through the Field General Court Martial (FGCM) under the Pakistan Army Act (PAA) 1952:

“He confessed before a Magistrate and the Court that he was tasked by RAW to plan, coordinate, and organize espionage/sabotage activities aiming to destabilize and wage war against Pakistan by impeding the efforts of Law Enforcement Agencies for restoring peace in Baluchistan and Karachi.”

India and Pakistan downward spiriling of relations

Pakistan and India have, of course, got different stories for Kulbushan Jadhav. From Pakistan’s point of view. Jadhav is a terrorist and a spy who has earned this punishment for his heinous acts of jeopardizing the security of Pakistan. On the contrary, India considers him an innocent, legitimate Indian national.
