India will never engage Pakistan and vice versa until world economy has collapsed... If the world economy collapses they will fight tomorrow but it won't really collapse until the 2050s..

They could both lose alot from such massive war where each side will eat multiple of nukes including a massive nuclear winter occuring that will engulf the entire world not only themselves but the whole world and from tactical point of view in the conventional sense India has zero guaraantee of succeeding and they know numbers are just mere statistics they only have to relie on their armed forces here. India will not be hesitant towards something when they could lose so much including there is high risk of losing the entire war and gettting entirely invaded that risk itself is there which is something that has happened previously multiple times.

The people from the the indus valley(Pakistan) have colonized india on more then 10+ occasions and for it to end that way again is not to far fatched. The upper Indus valley are superior to the once from the lower mainland both in organization and unity in hard times
