From 2002 to 2017 in current dollars GDP per capita, India averaged around 10%.

At that rate, it would take approx 108 years to get from 2000 to 60,000 per capita. Not 200 - 250.

For total GDP size, India grew at nearly 12% a year in current USD terms from 2002 to 2017.

To get to 19 trillion (US size now) from 2.6 trillion, time period of 18 years required with that growth rate. It would likely be around 30 years accounting for what the US size will grow in interim as well.
